Unbox & Organize Parts:
Separate frames, seats, wheels, seat belts, padding, and accessories.
Keep the heaviest parts (front, middle, rear frames) aside for last.
Assemble Frames:
Connect front, middle, and rear frames using the main rods and bolts.
Hand-tighten initially to adjust positioning.
Install Suspension & Steering:
Allign and Fit the Rear suspension bolts.
Install the steering column and shaft; adjust collar for desired steering wheel height.
Attach Wheels:
Raise front and rear ends for easier access.
Secure wheels with 14mm nuts and double-check castle nuts with split pins.
Install Seat & Safety Harness:
Mount the plastic bucket seat with four bolts, attach seat cover, and secure the three-point safety harness.
Optional Upgrades:
Add M-bar, roll cage, half cage, or electric start components if included.
Route provided electrical harness and secure lines.
Final Checks:
Tighten all bolts, zip-tie loose cables, and adjust seating position.
