Refund Policy

VEHICLE RETURNS

2 day(s) – Unsatisfied with the purchase; Return must be facilitated within 2 business day(s). Refunds processed only after vehicle inspection. An authorised mechanic will assess the vehicle to deem refundable. Any wear/damage can be quoted deductible from the total refund.

14 day(s) – Unused vehicle / Change of mind with the purchase; Return within 14 business day(s). Unopened and completely in re-selling condition. 

 All vehicle orders incur a 10% Refund Processing fee  /  Up to 30% restocking fee for any custom orders  (Non - Refundable)

  • Contact Helmetkarts immediately within policy days of receiving the item(s)

  • Must arrive at Helmetkarts provided address before policy days to qualify for refund

  • Used vehicle return - Charges incur $25.00 each day that passes, deducted from your refund

  • Sealed vehicle return -Charges incur $9.90 each day that passes, deducted from your refund

  • Follow the Helmetkarts warranty Claim Process

  • We will advise you of further instructions and provide return address details

  • Returning item(s) must be received within 6/14 days to become a valid claim, charges apply

  • The item(s) are returned to us in 'as new' condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact

  • The item(s) must NOT be opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-sell able condition 

  • Your refund will be the amount you paid for the item (less postage and handling, restocking fee is 10% of the purchase price with minimum of $10.)

Item not as described / Faulty / Damaged 

The conditions of the refund are as follows:

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s)

  • Contact Helmetkarts immediately within policy days of receiving the item(s)

  • Postage and handling charges are non - refundable

  • If the item cannot be repaired a replacement will be provided

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return postage, shipping, or courier costs of the product being returned

 

Change of mind / Cancellations 

If the customer decides they want to return their product due to a change of mind please see below;

By consumer law, we have the right to not give a refund or a replacement if the customer simply changes their mind about a product.
