Deliveries Australia - Wide

Items under 20kg are dispatched within 24hrs of purchase date. If checkout is completed before 11am, most items will be packaged and scheduled for dispatch same day.

Items over 20kg require to be palletised and have additional business days for dispatch. Updates and online tracking scans will be issued to the customer via email showing the current status of the order.

Our entire vehicle range requires calculated fright depending on customer location. Therefore, customers will not be billed upon checkout but billed afterwards once we receive your order. It is recommended to contact the Enquiries and Support team to receive the latest freight quote prior to completing a purchase online.

Primary carriers are Australia post, TNT express, FED Ex, Northline shipping, TOLL and Courier Please. Occasionally we may use other third-party services available to us, specifically for Rural areas of Australia. Freight carriers are assigned jobs according to product declarations (specifics / weight / size) If customers would like to nominate their own freight provider, please discuss any arrangements directly with our Enquiries and Support team.

Once orders have been dispatched any failed or incorrect delivery addresses cannot be redirected or edited. In cases of missing, damaged, faulty products please ensure you contact us immediately. You can reach Enquiries and Support team directly over the phone or email. We will have an action plan ready to ensure cases of such are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
