For remote or rural locations, we may use additional third-party freight services to guarantee delivery to your area. Freight carriers are carefully selected based on product type, weight, and size to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Small Items & Parts (Under 20kg)

Orders weighing under 5kg are typically dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
If checkout is completed before 10:00 AM, most items will be packaged and scheduled for same-day dispatch.

All small items will be sent only to your registered Original order Address
Please ensure your address and phone number are up to date before purchasing. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or modify delivery details.

Large Items & Vehicles (Over 20kg)

Orders over 20kg require palletisation and additional processing time prior to dispatch. Tracking updates and shipping confirmations will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

We offer three delivery options for larger freight such as bikes, buggies, and karts:

1. Delivery to Local Depot – Most large and heavy items are shipped to your nearest freight depot for pickup.

2. Delivery to Business Address – Available for businesses with forklift access to unload pallets.

3. Delivery to Residential Address – Home delivery is available; however, additional costs may apply depending on location and accessibility.

Because freight costs for vehicles vary by region, shipping is calculated after purchase. Customers will not be billed for freight at checkout.
