Nationwide Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using a trusted network of carriers, including Australia Post, TNT Express, FedEx, Northline, Toll, and CouriersPlease. For remote or rural locations, we may use additional third-party freight services to guarantee delivery to your area. Freight carriers are carefully selected based on product type, weight, and size to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Small Items & Parts (Under 20kg)

Orders weighing under 5kg are typically dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
If checkout is completed before 10:00 AM, most items will be packaged and scheduled for same-day dispatch.

All small items will be sent only to your registered Original order Address
Please ensure your address and phone number are up to date before purchasing. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or modify delivery details.

Large Items & Vehicles (Over 20kg)

Orders over 20kg require palletisation and additional processing time prior to dispatch. Tracking updates and shipping confirmations will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

We offer three delivery options for larger freight such as bikes, buggies, and karts:

Delivery to Local Depot – Most large and heavy items are shipped to your nearest freight depot for pickup.
Delivery to Business Address – Available for businesses with forklift access to unload pallets.
Delivery to Residential Address – Home delivery is available; however, additional costs may apply depending on location and accessibility.

Because freight costs for vehicles vary by region, shipping is calculated after purchase. Customers will not be billed for freight at checkout.

We recommend contacting our Enquiries & Support Team prior to completing your order for an accurate freight quote. Simply provide your suburb and postcode, and we’ll respond within one business day.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available from our facility. Please contact us to book a collection time so we can ensure your order is prepared and ready for pickup.

Delivery Issues & Support

Once orders are dispatched, we cannot change delivery addresses. If your order arrives missing, damaged, or faulty, please contact our Enquiries & Support Team immediately by phone or email.

Q: How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

A:We are unable to guarantee an order can be modified or canceled after it has been placed. Please email us at maximize@gmail.com immediately after placing your order and we will let you know promptly (within 24 business hours) if we are able to cancel or modify your order.

Q: My Shipment Was Damaged, What Can I Do?

A:We are sorry if your gear arrived damaged! Immediately reach out to us about damaged products at maximize@gmail.com and we will provide a return label to send the damaged product back. If appropriate, you will be refunded or a replacement order will be shipped out.

Q: Gear Was Missing From My Order, What Can I Do?

A:If there are missing items on your order, if the item is in stock, we will send an expedited replacement order to get the gear you originally ordered. Please call us or email us at maximize@gmail.com

Q: Where Is My Package?

A:After your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note, it can take 24 hours for the tracking to become active.

You can also track your package before it ships under "Order Status."

Q: How Can I Exchange A Product?

A:If you need a different size, color, or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience- we are unable to facilitate traditional exchanges.
