Items under 20kg are dispatched within 24hrs of purchase date. If checkout is completed before 2pm the item will be packaged and scheduled for delivery same day unless noted otherwise. Occasionally we may use other third party service not noted above specifically for Rural areas of Australia. Items over 20kg require additional business days for dispatch as heavy items require to be palletised ready for road freight. Our vehicles range require calculated fright depending on customer location. Therefore, customers will not be billed upon checkout but billed afterwards once we recieve your order.
